This is How the First Amendment Dies

I spend most of my time buried in my work.  Yesterday I was finalizing the video review of Tombstone, planning out the script for the next review of Star Trek, researching the past 35 years of corruption within the psychiatric industry, and working out when I’d have time to record the two pending Aurini’s Insight requests I have in my docket, when I realized that YouTube has upped the ante in attempting to censor me.

After writing about what happened, I decided to take a breather and look around at what’s going on in the world; as usual things have moved a lot faster than I’d hoped, and the No-Platforming of my YouTube channel is just one small piece of the puzzle.  A bunch of you sent me updates to the latest going-ons in Europe at the same time as I stumbled upon them myself.

From The Verge: Facebook, Twitter, Google, and Microsoft agree to EU hate speech rules: New “code of conduct” aims to combat illegal hate speech and terrorist propaganda

Facebook, Twitter, Microsoft, and YouTube today agreed to European regulations that require them to review “the majority of” hateful online content within 24 hours of being notified — and to remove it, if necessary — as part of a new “code of conduct” aimed at combating hate speech and terrorist propaganda across the EU. The new rules, announced Tuesday by the European Commission, also oblige the tech companies to identify and promote “independent counter-narratives” to hate speech and propaganda published online.

Hate speech and propaganda have become a major concern for European governments following terrorist attacks in Brussels and Paris, and amid the ongoing refugee crisis, which has inflamed racial tensions in some countries. Facebook has been working with the German government to more proactively combat racist or xenophobic content, after facing initial criticism from the country’s justice minister. Facebook, Twitter, and Google also previously agreed to remove hate speech from their platforms within 24 hours in Germany.

Now make no mistake, this has nothing to do with preventing another Brussels; as a commenter on Twitter pointed out, responding to the identical article published by ABC (remember when they used to cite Reuters or the PR statement when they posted from the NewsWire?) “So… terrorists “radicalize” but racist (sic) “spread violence and hatred.”” The problem with Brussels, in the minds of people like Merkel and the depraved bureaucrats occupying the Tower of Babel-styled EU parliament building, isn’t the European dead; it’s the citizens who’ve started to notice that unrestricted third-world immigration might not be such a hot idea.  Radical Islam isn’t the problem; you are.  You, the thought criminal, who believes in traditional values, marriage, honesty, hard work, Freedom of Speech, and self-determination, both for individual people and nations – you are what they’re scared of.

The Code of Conduct will be used to enforce the Leftist, Globalist narrative, promoting whatever form of degeneracy is most conducive at the time; feminism, social justice, paedophilia, socialism, transsexualism, pornography – so long as it degrades the individuals and shatters the nuclear family, speaking out against it will get you suspended.  Expect no recourse or explanation when this happens; accountability would leave them vulnerable.

This is how Freedom of Speech dies in America; this great country might be the world Superpower, but Brussels is angling for world Hegemon.

The Globalist Agenda works by spreading their tentacles across state borders, so they can reach out to the lowest common denominator.  1^st world manufacturing disappears as production is shipped over seas; the country with the most restrictive speech becomes the new normal for all others; the most primitive and barbaric peoples world-wide are shipped to small-town America, to disrupt the local economy and culture.  The First Amendment will still be enshrined in American law; you can still stand on your front lawn and speak your mind to your heart’s content (assuming, of course, that the local Home Owners Association doesn’t take issue with this), but all of the major roads on the Digital Super Highway will be speced to European Safety Standards; none of those gas-guzzling SUVs of American free thought allowed.

Those who think they are benefiting from this – the useful idiots who are being used to disrupt culture, for now, but who’ll be the first ones in shackles when the takeover comes – try and argue that this has nothing to do with Freedom of Speech, since it’s private companies who are performing this censorship, not the American government.  This doesn’t even begin to pass the sniff test.  If you have freedom of movement within your country, but a small group of oligarchs owns all of the roads and denies you means of egress, then you are effectively a prisoner on your tiny little plot.  Thankfully this sort of situation has never happened, because no matter how wealthy the 1% is, their wealth has always paled in comparison to the total holdings of the other 99%.

And yet, that’s the exact situation that we’re seeing; a small group of totalitarian oligarchs are seizing control of the communication medium itself; how is the possible?  This is where it becomes a government issue once again – an issue where the First Amendment most certainly does apply.

For such a small number of people to seize this much influence and control required the legal fiction of the Limited Liability Corporation.  These are government guaranteed entities, subject to government regulation, not private individuals.  On their own, they couldn’t have pulled this off; but through legal fictions and manipulation, they can wield more power than any Pope or King or even Caliphate has ever dreamed of.

So yes, this is a First Amendment issue; it is the American government who is granting them these privileges of censorship.

Now let’s pull away from the specifics of this issue, and consider the wider context of what’s going on.  The reason the news seems to be moving so much faster than us, is because they’re operating on multiple fronts.

By now I’m sure you’ve heard about the constant attempts by Microsoft to update every computer on Earth to Windows 10.  The reason behind this is that they want to move everything over to the cloud; hosting your own data is so passé, after all.  Apple’s iTunes doesn’t just treat the cloud as a feature, online hosting has become mandatory.  The software will delete your local music library, and “improve” it by switching to the licensed, official versions on their own server.  You can listen wherever you have a solid internet connection, and if you happen to have obscure tracks – different versions of popular songs – don’t worry!  They’ll convert those to the same thing everybody else is listening to.

Given the sheer arrogance displayed by Apple, undermining their product for the sake of record labels – do you think Microsoft will maintain your privacy and Right to Free Speech when all your documents are hosted in Zurich?

Now let’s consider the constant evesdropping that’s being performed – not just by the NSA – but by every private company that’s installed an app on your SmartPhone.  From Reddit:

This just happened to me the other night! My friend was showing off some kitchen remodel stuff he was doing and pointed out that the previous people living there didn’t use a cutting board on the now fucked up counter. So we started talking about new counter tops (eventually steel ones in specific). Immediately afterwards, I was getting advertisements for steel counter tops in several apps.

Google Chrome does the same thing, incidentally; it constantly monitors your microphone for voice commands.  This isn’t a local process, either, but one happening at Google Headquarters; a constant stream of audio is streamed to them, where an algorithm sorts through it all in the search of voice commands.  Don’t worry, though, you can turn this feature off.  Guaranteed.

It’s worrisome how quickly this technology is developing.  My Tombstone review was flagged before it was even done processing.  Somehow they managed to translate the complexity of visual data into an algorithmic search of copyrighted content.  Then you have the research being done into artificial intelligence and text parsers; it’s quite possible that half of the people on Twitter are very convincing robots already.  Furthermore, they’re working on creating real-time life-like avatars which are indistinguishable from the real thing.  We are fast approaching a point where we won’t know if any  of the talking heads on television are real people.

And shortly after that, we won’t know if any of the people controlling the robots on television are real people.

We are constructing a prison planet, one cell at a time, a world dedicated to hedonistic pleasure and emotional misery, a world of spiritual destruction; and the majority of the population is okay with this.

When I met Christina Hoff Sommers in Washington, D.C., she asked me if making a documentary about Anita Sarkeesian was really such a good idea?  Wasn’t I just giving attention to a YouTube nobody?

Well, six months later, that YouTube nobody was lecturing the UN on how to pull exactly the sort of manoeuvre we’re seeing today.

50% of the population doesn’t care, and the next 40% are busy fighting the last war; arguing with SJWs, while still demanding the sort of hedonistic ‘freedoms’ that have nothing with fundamental Human Rights.  The want the freedom of porn on demand, of endlessly addictive video games, of social status signalling that isn’t pre-empted by blue-haired freaks, and most importantly of all – freedom from responsibility.  However GamerGate might have started, today it’s nothing but the manufactured opposition.

Like Sturgeon said, 90% of everything is crap, and that is definitely the case with Western Man.  Our people are turning into shambling wrecks and moral cowards.  There’s a great culling coming, and each one of these perverts deserves it.  Whether the cause is fluoride in the water supply, demonic possession, chem trails, narcissistic culture, or addiction to super stimulants doesn’t matter; most of the people you’ll meet today are the walking dead.  They’re spiritually vacuous, emotionally spiteful, and their only goal in life is to perform a slow form of suicide, while bringing you down with them.

I was recently asked to do a video on how Western Civilization can survive the coming storm.  To be perfectly frank, I’m not sure that it can… or even that it deserves to.  But if we are to survive – if you and I are going to preserve something of value within our own souls – then we need spirituality, brothers and sisters.  Reject the poison of pop culture, eschew societal vanities, and empty out the vials of bitter-tasting aphrodisiacs that you collect.
