    This gets into the hacktivist/cypherpunk skillset.

    The folks at the EFF and similar organizations, they have to set policies on anonymity and disclosure of info.

    Likewise, photo alteration (such as with Photoshop and GIMP) is raising new questions with the admissibility of still photos as evidence.

    The tech enthusiasts are blazing the trails here.

    They’re working at an operational level, not just a cultural level.

    I suspect this has to start online. It doesn’t seem practical to walk around and keep an eye peeled for someone wearing Google Glasses.

    It’s not just the Facebook techs that comprise this issue – it’s also TOR, I2P, Bit Torrent, BitMessage, and so on.
