YouTube Corruption Update, Saturday June 4th, 2016

I hope this isn’t boring you guys, but there needs to be a public record of this.  YouTube lacks transparency, and as I previously noted there is good reason to suspect that an individual within their organization is specifically targeting me (and many others as well).  If this continues, I plan to do an expose on the extent of it, in which I’ll offer solutions through which we can No-Platform YouTube in Return.

Ultimately, they need us more than we need them.

That said – I may have run into an honest person working for their company.  He is naive, but he seems good intentioned.  He responded directly rather than blowing fluff up my ejection port.  Our conversation is as follows:

Hi Davis,

Thanks for contacting YouTube and providing all the information. I’m sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused regarding the uploads.

I’ve checked your channel: Davis M.J. Aurini and I see that your channel has multiple active TOU strikes as it was found to be in violation of our community guidelines. As a result of this, your channel is in bad standing. You can check your account standing on the Features page, under your Channel Settings.Accounts in bad standing lose access to certain account features and programs. If an account is in bad standing, you may not have access to some features on YouTube. To stay in good standing, your account must have:

  • No Community Guidelines strikes
  • No copyright strikes
  • No more than one video blocked worldwide by Content ID
I see that you’ve appealed against the strikes on your channel and unfortunately, you’re appeal has been turned down by the expert team after a re-check.

I’d like to let you know that we have very strict guidelines in respect to the content that is uploaded. The reason why we have these policies in place, is that we want to maintain the best possible experience for both our users and partners on YouTube.I apologize for not being able to offer you a direct help but please be assured that I’ve done my best. I’d encourage you to refer to the Help Center to gain a better understanding of our community guidelines and also our strike policy.Thank you for understanding.Regards,

Nick
Google YouTube Team

My response:

Nick; go look at the channel again. You will notice the following discrepancies.
‎1. The original strikes occurred in March; since then I’ve uploaded multiple videos which were longer than 15 minutes.
2. There’ve been no strikes on my channel recently, so the new 15m cap was applied without cause.
3. The videos the “expert team” decided were criminal were merely my discussion of Biblical theology, and libertarian theory. I have yet to receive any explanation as to how saying “Both Adam and Eve sinned” is criminal, or promotion of criminality.
4. The flagging of 9 videos coincided with an attempted hack of my Gmail account.
Something very suspicious is going on. I have good cause to believe that a corrupt member of your organization is targeting me specifically because of my religious and political views.‎ There are questions here which demand answers, answers that I’ve requested multiple times, but have not received.
Nick, you are the first person who has been remotely straight with me. I hope this is because you have a genuine love of honesty in your heart. Please get back to me as to what you plan to do about the corruption and lack of accountability within your organization.
Note: I will be publicly posting our discourse. YouTube must start being more transparent with their decisions.

For now, I am still able to post videos shorter than fifteen minutes; please enjoy my latest, “The Necessity of Righteous Anger”, before it gets taken down because I deigned to hate paedophiles.  Also, feel free to express your disgust with YouTube’s lack of transparency below; there’s a good chance they might see it.

UPDATE: Nick has replied with concern, we’ll see how things go from here.  For the record, I’m going to require a little bit more than just a restoration of my channel to be satisfied; if we allow YouTube to pick off voices one by one, without unifying against censorship, then we all fall, even those of us who aren’t directly targeted.

It was in the news a few years ago. The purpose of Google is to promote transgenderism. If you aren’t on board with homo-sex, pedo-sex, and transgenderism, then you will never meet Google’s community guidelines. Time for the CIA to divest itself from Google.

until you cut into their $$$$$$$ nothing will change.

Quick question: How did you get a hold of an actual Youtube employee? I’m having the same problem, my account gets community guidelines strikes for absolutely normal videos, but i can’t get an actual person on the line – it’s always bots.
